knit more, learn more

Here is a kid's roll hat that was made while running errands - mostly at the bank, though. Its Lorna's Laces - Georgetown - Shepards Worsted - 88 stitches on size 8 needles.

And then we have my Pi R Square shawl - my first EZ project!! And great learning experience.... details on that at sunnelite. It was knit out of lace weight Alpacawear in charcoal - 250g (almost exactly) - on a size 3 needle. I should have counted the stitches at the end, but I know that I completed 36 rows after the third increase and it took about 70g of yarn to make the border.
